It’s hard to imagine what will happen throughout 2022 in this current world we are living in. Will price growth come back to reality and under double digits or will demand continue to outpace supply and cause more headaches for potential buyers. Interest rates will obviously play a big factor in the housing market in 2022 and the Federal Reserve’s actions will affect us all this year.
